1. Artist agrees that the artwork shall remain on display in the Stone Valley Arts at Fox Hill (hereby referred to as SVA) building until the end of the exhibition. The last day of the exhibition shall be Sunday October 18, 2021.
2. The artist agrees to follow instructions for return of their work including supplying SVA with return postage and an envelope. If not, the work will become the property of SVA .
3. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that SVA may display the artwork in the said SVA building. The Artist also agrees that photographs may be taken of said artwork by SVA and the Monotype Guild of New England (hereby referred to as MGNE) to be used for publicity purposes including social media.
4. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright of others.
5. By completing this submission, the Artist specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that SVA and MGNE carry no insurance or other coverage against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork while on SVA premises. SVA and MGNE also do not have and do not accept any liability for and do not give any guarantee against any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss to the artwork. SVA and MGNE do not have and do not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from SVA premises by the Artist or any other persons. The Artist further agrees to save and hold SVA and MGNE harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss. By submitting to this exhibition, I, the artist, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing release and that I hereby agree to and accept all the terms and conditions stated.
